Başarılı oyuncu Feyyaz Duman 10'dan fazla dizi/film yapımlarında çalışmış , başarılı oyunculuğunu sergilemiştir. Baraj dizisinde tam olarak aldığı rol şu şekildedir: Nazım 40-45 yaşları arasında, sert bir mizaca sahip, saçları ve sakallarına hafif beyazlıklar düşmüş olgun biridir. Sert ve içine kapanık dünyasına yolda bulduğu ve yaralarını iyileştirdiği bir yavru köpek yoldaş olmuştur. Ama kendini en iyi hissettiği zamanlar bir arkadaşlık sitesinden yazıştığı Nehir ile geçirdiği zamanlardır.
